Mission
We provide networking and professional development for civil society leaders across Central and Eastern Europe and the US, promoting community organizing for social and environmental justice
Strategic objective 1
Keep network connected and continue providing support and learning for our 450+ community

Indicators:

Launch affinity groups on topics/roles/fields of work as micro communities of practice (3 groups)

Launch mentoring program engaging at least 20 people

8 virtual events for the wider community

10 newsletter editions

150 alumni members actively engaging and receiving learning and support through the above activities

80 people involved in continuous needs assessment

Dave Beckwith scholarship for intercontinental trips granted

Strategic objective 2
Train a new cohort of community organizers from Central and Eastern Europe

Indicators:

At least 30 applications

15 people from the 5 European countries selected

At least 12 people finish the training (80% attendance of sessions)

At least 10 mentors provide 1:1 mentoring 

At least 10 community organizing campaigns prepared at the end of the training period

Horizontal strategic objective
Enhancing community ownership and strengthening community contribution

Indicators

  • At least 100 people from across the community making financial contributions
  • At least 60 people actively contributing efforts as volunteers in different roles in support of strategic objectives 1 and 2
